​Xi’an- tomb of Zhang Qian​

Game: Speed Quiz
Description: The stand will be set as the scenery of the tomb, one person will act as Zhang Qian and interact with participants. A poster with information of Zhang Qian will be shown to participants for 30 seconds and a question related to the information will be presented.

Game: Charades
​Description:  A word will be shown to one person in the group. That person had to act out the word for the rest of his/her group to guess. No oral communication can be used. If THREE words were to be guessed correctly within TWO minute, the group passes and receives a stamp for this stop. If the challenger came individually, our staff members will be guessing.

Ancient city of Jiaohe

Game: Xinjiang Dance
​Description: 1 GCC member will wear traditional Xinjiang dress and will perform 3-5 traditional dance moves. Participants will try to memorize and mimic the dance moves.

Luoyang- Longmen Grottoes

Background: The Longmen grottoes located in Luoyang is one of the most famous attractions in the area. The grotto was built in Tang Dynasty and represents some of the finest examples of Buddhist art. There are over 2000 caves dug into the rocky mountains and there are over 100000 Buddhist statues of different sizes carved from rocks within. Unfortunately,  the artifacts were partially destroyed during the cultural revolution which led many statues damaged beyond repair.
Game: Compare pictures
Description: 2 very similar pictures of the grotto will be presented to the participants. They must find the difference between the two and whoever finds the most or all of the difference will win a prize.

Xinjiang General residence

Game: Secret Box
​Description: Because the Weiwuer Ethnic Group does not like to be looked at, we will create a secret box based on this tradition. Participants’ eyes will be covered and they will feel the objects in the secret box

Game: Traditional makeup + Traditional dress try-on
​Description: Mainly aimed toward girls (especially for those lost at tug-of-war), boys can participate too. Participants can apply traditional makeup by themselves or with the help of a markup artist to experience traditional makeup of Tang Dynasty.
